When you think of the players that will be on the field, I think a good bet is that Keith Flores - LB will not be a key player. He is hard to gameplan for. You blink for a second and he has taken over the game. They will put up a lot of points.

Scramble at Herd' training.

An individual with connections in the Herd' locker room says that Dean Luna - C has been on collision course with many of the other Herd players recently. This is fractioning the locker room, and has unfuriated the front office. Coaches came running onto the turf earlier this week in training when Morris Taylor - C alledgedly shoved Dean Luna - C to the ground. This led Dean Luna - C to embark on an explicit-laden tirade. Eventually, Luna had to be taken into the locker room by the coaches.'.

Game of the Week: Windsor Gamblers at Houston RoughRiders

Our Expert Predictions:

Jeremy Piper : Houston RoughRiders
I expect some incredible plays in this game.

Mary Moore : Windsor Gamblers
I love what they are doing in Windsor coaching-wise. Head coach Dante Abraham is a major reason they will win this game. He is has a really good understanding of what works offensively. He is running an explosive defense. This will either be wildly entertaining or a dull grind. I see no middle between the two.

Jim Nox : Houston RoughRiders
They have a dominant offense. They do not get enough credit for that. They are 2nd in the league pass completion percentage. They are 1st in the league passing touchdowns with 17. Game of the Week: Houston RoughRiders at New Orleans Reapers

Our Expert Predictions:

Do not sleep on this offense. They are 1st in the league pass completion percentage. They are 4th in the league passing touchdowns with 13. They are 1st in the league passing yards per game. They average 260! They are maulers, 3rd in the league in pancakes. They are 4th in the league rushing touchdowns with 7. They are 2nd in the league points scored per game. They average 22.3!

Mary Moore : New Orleans Reapers
Certainly, this defense will have a good game. They are 4th in points allowed, averaging only 19.3. They are 2nd in interceptions with 7. They are 4th in forced fumbles. There will be a lot to dissect after this game.

Jim Nox : Houston RoughRiders
I have a lot of respect for head coach Justin Harris. He is doing great things in Houston. He is running a great offense. He is preparation and gameplanning is great. But it will be much closer than many think..

Darren Francis : Houston RoughRiders
When you consider the two rosters, I see that Robert Cheek - DE will shine for the RoughRiders defense. They rely on him, and he will deliver.

Baker a Bears legend

The Bears' front office has announced that Freddy Baker - WR is among the favorites in his generation for the future hall of fame. Clearly, after 7 seasons in the league, playing at his level, it is hard to dispute. Hall of fame or not, Baker is a legend, not only in BCFC, but nationally. The Bears have made no comment on the subject before, but seem fairly satisfied with the whole thing.

Week 9: LB Stanford Porter (SEA) wins Defensive Player of the Week

LB Porter absolutely dominated in the Totems 31-17 game with the Edmonton Herd. He finished with 6 Tck, 2 Sck, 1 FF.

Game of the Week: Houston RoughRiders at BCFC Bears

Our Expert Predictions:

Jeremy Piper : BCFC Bears
There will be some very good football to watch here.

Mary Moore : BCFC Bears
When you think of the players that will be on the field, you would be a fool not to think that the Bears' defense goes through Joseph Breen - CB. This man has the ability to change games. If they lose this one, I will never hear the end of it.

Jim Nox : Houston RoughRiders
I have a lot of respect for head coach Justin Harris. He is doing great things in Houston. Offensively he is a great and innovative thinker. He is really good at analyzing and preparing for opponents. This will be a very entertaining game.

Darren Francis : BCFC Bears
Look for their defense to dominate. They are 1st in sacks with 49. They are 5th in points allowed, averaging only 18.5. They are 2nd in run defense. Giving up only 75.3 yards per game. They are 2nd in interceptions with 6. They are 1st in forced fumbles.

Defense dominates in BCFC.

The Bears defensive line is ransacking the men on the other side of the ball so far this season with a total of 30 sacks, 4 forced fumbles and 60 tackles in 8 games.

Trouble in Edmonton

An anonymous source in the Herd' locker room claim coaches are struggling to contain the tensions in the Herd' locker room. It is constant work to prevent conflicts. Coaches came running onto the turf earlier this week in training when Troy Heflin - WR alledgedly shoved David Mcguire - QB to the ground. This led David Mcguire - QB to embark on an explicit-laden tirade. Eventually, Mcguire had to be taken into the locker room by the coaches.'.

Game of the Week: Houston RoughRiders at Memphis Pharaohs

Our Expert Predictions:

People tend to underestimate their defense. They are 1st in points allowed, averaging only 11.5. They are 3rd in pass defense. They only give up 202 per game. They are 1st in run defense. I think it will be a close game.

Looking at how the teams match up, I think a good bet is that Casey Johnson - C is hard to gameplan for. Look for him to dominate. If they do not win, I have to buy cake for the entire office. That is how sure I am.

Looking at the teams, I have no doubt that David Walker - DE is a guy to watch on the Pharaohs defense. This guy has been unstoppable so far this season. A close win.

Moore and Nox Mock Draft

Pick 1: BCFC Bears
Larry Moore: Dennis Griffin - DT
If you ask around, everyone will tell you, this kid is all about the team. His strength gives him a chance against the big boys in the pros. Pretty smart. Already has a big fanbase of his own. He will be an asset to the franchise.

Jim Nox: Dennis Griffin - DT
In addition to his own role, this kid doubles as glue. He makes everyone on the field play as a team. Will flatten smaller offensive linemen and go toe to toe with bigger ones. Very coachable. He will immediately become a contributor. Fans will love this pick. Coaches will love this pick.

Known for helping out teammates, if they hit a rough patch, whether it is on the field or in their personal lives. Excellent speed. Can be asked to cover Wide Receivers. Pick 4: Memphis Pharaohs
Larry Moore: Nathan Holguin - LB
Wraps up the ballcarrier on tackles. Strong enough to flatten smaller blockers. And strong enough to not be flattened by the bigger ones. Will not have a hard time digesting a pro playbook. They need players at the position, and good ones at that. He fits the bill, he is worth the pick. End of story.

Jim Nox: Nathan Holguin - LB

Jim Nox: John Mcnulty - DE
Sportsmanship, love of the sport and respect, is what you get with him. Here you have a guy, who really benefits the atmosphere in the building. Everyone wants to be around him.
